(COLOURS CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP ARM)

SERVE

THE CITY

Your company can do more than do business well.
It can do good.

Serve The City is the Colours Foundation's corporate partnership programme, built for companies that want their CSR to mean something. Not just a logo on a banner. Not a one-day feel-good outing. But real, sustained service that transforms lives across Southeast Asia.

We work with corporates who believe in the mission.
Who want to show up, give generously and walk with communities through the long haul.

(WHAT WE DO)

FIVE PILLARS.
FIVE NATIONS.
ONE MISSION.

Colours Global Foundation works across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, walking alongside vulnerable communities to restore dignity through five pillars: Health, Education, Advocacy, Community and Technology.

Serve The City is how your company steps into that work.

We don't believe in one-off programmes that end when the day does. Everything we do on the ground is carefully and intentionally designed for the long haul: community-embedded, tested and built to last.

(PARTNER WITH US)

THREE WAYS YOU CAN PARTNER WITH US.

Send your team into the field.
We offer structured volunteer opportunities across our five countries of active programming.

Whether it's transforming an elderly resident's home through Home Sweep Home, upskilling foreign workers, supporting educational programmes for Rohingya refugees in Johor Bahru, promoting school enrolment in villages or spending a day alongside children, youths and mothers at the Colours Hope Centre in the Philippines, every deployment is designed to be genuinely impactful for the community and genuinely meaningful for your team.
*This is not volunteer tourism. Your team will be briefed, prepared and placed intentionally so that their presence serves a real purpose.

What your team can expect:

  • Pre-engagement briefing/training on the community and the work

  • Hands-on, purposeful deployment in the field

  • A debrief that connects the experience to wider systems and needs

  • Opportunities to return and go deeper

WE KNOW YOU HAVE OPTIONS.

(WHY SERVE THE CITY)

And we know that choosing a CSR partner is a meaningful decision.

HERE IS WHAT WE ASK YOU TO CONSIDER:

01

We don't change programmes to suit partnerships.

Our work is community-led, long-term, and mission-driven. We will invite you into what we are already doing. Not craft something that fades once the partnership ends. That means when your team shows up, it matters.

02

We work where the need is real.

Singapore. Malaysia. Indonesia. Philippines. These are not abstract regions on a map. They are places with names, faces and communities we have been walking with for years. We are not visitors. We have remained. We have returned.

03

We are transparent and accountable.

You will know where your contribution goes. You will hear the stories of lives changed. You will see the numbers and the faces behind them.

04

We are not a
transactional partnership.

We are looking for companies who believe in what we believe: that every person, regardless of where they were born or how they started, deserves to live a life of dignity. If that resonates with your team and your values, we want to walk with you.

LET'S HAVE A CHAT.

(OUR CONTACT)

If you're an HR manager, CSR lead or company leader exploring how your team can serve with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

We don't have a one-size-fits-all package. We have a conversation first. Tell us who your team is, what matters to your company and where you want to make a difference. We'll tell you honestly what fits.

Colours Global Foundation is a Singapore-registered non-profit. However, as the majority of our programmes are overseas, corporate donations are not eligible for tax deductions.
